Subsequent motions to the agenda

15.1Each member can apply in writing to the executive board at least one week before the day of the general meeting to have other matters subsequently added to the agenda. The chairman of the meeting has to supplement the agenda accordingly at the beginning of the general meeting.

15.2The general meeting decides on applications for additions to the agenda which are only made in the general meeting. A majority of three quarters of the valid votes cast is required to accept the motion.

15.3Amendments to the statutes, the dissolution of the association as well as the election and dismissal of board members can only be decided if the motions have been announced to the members with the agenda.
