Tasks of the Executive Board

10.1Preparation and convening of the general meeting as well as drawing up the agenda.


10.2Execution of resolutions of the general meeting.


10.3Preparation of the budget, bookkeeping, preparation of the annual accounts and a report on the activities of the association.


10.4The executive board decides in meetings, which are called by the chairman, stating the agenda, with a reasonable notice (at least three working days).


10.5The chairman of the executive board may appoint committees to assist the executive board and management in the performance of their duties.


10.6The association may adopt association rules to regulate the internal procedures of the association. The rules of the association are not part of the constitution. The executive board is responsible for the adoption, amendment and cancellation of association regulations.
